The Jr. Coyotes Elite program is proud to announce that three players from the Midget 15O AAA team have had their playing rights protected by Western Hockey League (WHL) clubs recently.

The WHL junior hockey league is based out of Western Canada and is one of the largest suppliers of future talent to the NHL.  Each team carries a 50 player protection list for those high-level skaters who choose the WHL to play junior hockey.

The Vancouver Giants recently added (F) Jayden Lipinski to their list, while (D) Brasen Boser (Kamloops Blazers) and (D) Jake Livanavage (Spokane Chiefs) also had their names secured. These boys have been scouted at numerous events this year with the Midget 04’s and have excelled on and off the ice.

This spring the W.H.L. will hold their annual Bantam Draft of ’05 born players to add to their evolving protected lists.

The Jr. Coyotes Elite program and coaches would like to congratulate these players on this exciting accomplishment.
