The Jr. Coyotes Elite Program is pleased to announce that two additional players have signed on for high level junior hockey next season.
Both Daniel Rassega and Ben Vatis have excelled for the 18U team this season and have led the team to a top 15 national ranking.
Rassega has signed his playing rights in the North American Hockey League (NAHL) to the Amarillo Wranglers in northern Texas. Jr. Coyotes Coach Steve Sullivan added “Daniel has really raised his game this year and is deserving of this privilege to sign in the NAHL”.
Ben Vatis will be taking his game to the British Columbia Hockey League (BCHL) next season and has signed a Letter of Intent with the Okotoks Oliers. CAHA Program Goalie Director Brendan Burke added “Ben has been putting in the extra work this season and we have witnessed his game progress to another level."
We wish both of these 18U players success the rest of the season and will be following their progress closely next year.
Congratulations to Ben and Daniel!
