The Coyotes Amateur Hockey Association is proud to announce that long-time Jr. Coyote, Nathan Burke, has recently accepted a NCAA hockey scholarship.

Burke has been playing junior hockey for the Aberdeen Wings in the NAHL, when he committed last week to national power-house St. Cloud State Huskies.

Nathan (1998 born) grew up on the ice at the Ice Den Scottsdale as a member of numerous Jr. Coyotes AAA teams throughout his youth hockey career.  Last season he was part of the Coyotes 18U AAA team that participated in the national Tier 1 Elite League which is known for player development and exposure.

This year he had a break-out season in the North American Hockey League which gained the attention of numerous NCAA D1 school seeking to add his skills to their rosters.
